I'm currently an Engineering Manager at Getaround, building convenient, low-impact access to transportation for those who choose not to own cars. Profitable, less-wasteful ownership for those who do. The more value cars provide us, the fewer of them we need.
Previously I was a Senior Software Engineer at Grove Collaborative, a direct-to-consumer ecommerce platform for natural home and personal care products, with a mission to help every family create a healthy, beautiful home. Grove Collaboritive was featured in Fortune 5000 as the 37th fastest growing private company in America.
Before that I was at Hightail (formerly YouSendIt.com) which was acquired in 2017 by Opentext.
I love to teach JavaScript and web development.
I was born and raised in Southern California, and currently I'm residing in the South Bay.
